Funds advised by Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (\u201cDBAG\u201d) have acquired Northern Access GmbH (\u201cNorthern Access\u201d) in a move to develop a new fibre-based internet carrier group in rural areas of Lower Saxony, Germany. Northern Access will form the nucleus of this envisaged group. The sellers of Northern Access will continue to assist the operating team for a transitional period and support the new owner in entering an accelerated growth phase.<\/p>\n
