Who are we?

HHP was founded in spring 2016 by Michael Herbst and Marc-Olaf Hilgenfeldt. Together, they have a combined experience as corporate finance advisors of more than 40 years. Their success: Completed transactions globally with a total value of more than 250 billion euro.

Today HHP is led out of Frankfurt and London. That way we assure a direct dialogue with all global investors and strategics.
